  Disrespectful staff, went in to get a simple transaction done, left agrivated. First time ever I was treated like that at the Bank of America branch. Don't go there. Use a different branch.

  The bank manager who helped the clerk cash my Bank of America Money Network check this afternoon is clueless about the program. Told me there's a bank fee because I don't have an account with them. Even asked me how I pay my bills if I don't have a bank account. First of all, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS VERY NOSY MANAGER. There are ways. Secondly, Bank of America, if you're going to hire a manager, MAKE SURE YOU EDUCATE THEM ABOUT YOUR BANK PROGRAMS. While you're at it, teach your managers about boundaries. I was lectured on depositing the check instead and was told about other things I can do with my money network checks and my bank card.
